Floor equipment service has been an absolute priority with us from the beginning, and remains an important part of our corporate identity today. Our Tartan Service Center, alone, now devotes twelve people, including technicians, exclusively to equipment repairs and service. We are further supported by a national network of technicians that gives us unparalleled coast-to-coast coverage capabilities.

Through Cleaning Contractors, as well as through direct Service Agreement contracts, Tartan Service technicians currently handle all on-site Floor Equipment maintenance, both Planned and Emergency, for seven large retail chains regionally, and one nationaly, coast-to-coast. Our mobile technicians are factory trained and capable of servicing all brands of corded, LP engine and deep-cycle battery-powered equipment. The size of our repair business and involvement with national accounts have allowed us to become an authorized parts, service and warranty repair center for nearly twenty different manufacturers. There is no brand that we cannot fix.

Our Service Center has the necessary experience and expertise when it comes to Equipment Service Programs for clients with numerous locations that are centrally-controlled through a Corporate Office. From priority scheduling and our rapid response service quarantee, to preferred pricing schedules and our web-accessed ordering and account management features, our clients are assured.
